COVID 19 SAFETY MESSAGE

Keeping Us All Safe (updated march 2022)

FIRST...I would like to say to all current and future clients - Thank You.

Thank you for supporting my small business. You have kept me walking even when you did not always need me. You have made an impact on my business and on the economy, and I am continually grateful.

​

As life as we previously knew it returns to some normalcy, I have relaxed some of my Covid policies. 

I am not requiring masks during meetings if you are vaccinated and feeling well.

​

NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS & SERVICES REMAIN UNCHANGED

I am fully vaccinated, and recently boosted (NOV 2021).  I remain vigilant and continue to monitor new strains (and how they impact vaccine effectiveness) which inform how I implement steps to protect everyone's safety and wellbeing, and ask all clients to do the same.

HOW I AM TAKING PRECAUTIONS

​

Ask anyone, and they will tell you that I take safety very seriously. Now, during these times, I am taking further precautionary measures.

​

PPE: During outbreaks of vaccine resistant strains, I will be wearing two masks - one cloth, and one surgical. I also keep gloves, safety goggles, hand sanitizer, and a back up collection of disposable masks in my car. I also carry shoe covers, and am also happy to wear them while in your home.

​

If you are feeling unwell (for any reason), please advise me ahead of any scheduled meeting or service where you will be present in the home.

​

SANITATION: Before entering you home, I load up on hand sanitizer (also carrying some on my person) and sanitize my hands and any door knob, leash handle, button or other surfaces before I begin service & repeat this again once service has been completed.

​

MEET & GREETS: I am conducting in person meet & greets as I have done in normal circumstances. I have conducted them virtually. However, I found that in person meet & greets are much more successful if I can meet the animal one on one to ensure it is a proper fit, and vice versa. If you strongly prefer a virtual meet & greet, I am most happy to accommodate.

If the meeting is taking place indoors, I request that there is able to be 6' btw each party present. Preferablly & when possible, I ask that meet & greets be conducted outside (in a yard, or nearby outdoor space, screened in porch, etc)

​

I will kindly request that you mask if feeling unwell, and I am happy to mask if you prefer for any reason!
