NEW CLIENTS

  1. Please contact me for a meet and greet by sending me a message through the website, email me at crittercrewcarellc@gmail.com, or text/call 202.409.2759 to arrange a meet & greet at your home

  2. Conduct  a meet & greet to make introductions, review care instructions, and answer your questions. I'll ask a standard list of questions and take notes during out meeting, which will be transferred to your pet's "file" for my future reference
  3. Create a booking, and transfer payment through PayPal
  4. Receive a confirmation text/email

EXISTING CLIENTS

    ​

    Non Recurring Service 

    1. Please contact with me your requested dates of service by email, text, or website
    2. CCC will invoice client via text confirming service, dates, and logistics
    3. Transfer payment through PayPal
    4. Receive a confirmation text/email

    Recurring Service  

    1. Please contact me with your requested recurring service booking by email, text, or website

    2. CCC will invoice Client each Sunday  via text, confirming that week’s upcoming booking schedule with an invoice amount

    3. Transfer payment through Paypal

    4. Receive a confirmation text/email

    • NO SERVICE is considered booked and confirmed UNTIL payment is received

    • No time/dates are held for client pending payment

    • Recurring service : Payment is due Sunday via PayPal for that weeks booking by 5pm ET

    • If payment is received later than 5pm ET Sunday, CCC can not guarantee that booking’s confirmation/spot

    • CCC WILL NOT reach out to Client for payment reminders after the initial invoice has been sent

    • CCC WILL reach out to Client once payment is received to confirm payment and booking status
